16, that the "Only Murders In The Building" actress is "struggling with issues that go beyond substance abuse."Cara, the report says, was initially having with mental health issues, but those close to her now believe she needs therapy and rehab.Over the past few weeks, Cara has appeared disheveled and erratic in public.
Just last week, she missed her own event during New York Fashion Week. In fact, she boarded a private plane in Los Angeles to head to the event, but she got off the plane before it took off.
In addition, paparazzi photographers saw Margot Robbie appear distraught after leaving Cara's Los Angeles home last week. Sources tell the website that Cara isn't totally against getting treatment, but she is stalling and only getting worse.
