Callum Davidson says he hasn't even watched Rangers in Europe - as it has no bearing on how Sunday's game against his St Johnstone side will go.

It's been a calamitous return to the Champions League for manager Giovanni van Bronckhorst as he oversaw six straight Light Blues losses in Group A, coming in as the 'worst ever' team to have competed at the group stages in Europe's elite competition.

They return to Premiership action on Sunday at McDiarmid Park but the Perth boss says there's no point watching how Rangers cope with teams such as Ajax, who they suffered a 3-1 loss to on Tuesday.

There's a difference in levels and instead St Johnstone have to focus on their own game and frustrating van Bronckhorst's men, who are four points behind Celtic in the title race.
