An eight-year-old boy from Bolton is asking people to stay at home to keep his nurse mum safe. Noah McGuinness, from Smithills, is the star of a video introducing himself as the son of a brave NHS nurse working on the coronavirus positive at the Royal Bolton Hospital.

In the video, Noah says that his mum, Rebecca Kearney, is working hard alongside so many other nurses to fight the virus. But he asks one very important question, holding up signs that read: "Could you all stay at home, so my mum and all the other nurses get to see their families more?" The little boy's pleas for everyone to 'stay at home and stay safe' came as the nation headed outside to applaud the NHS workers saving lives.
