Ant McPartlin left Britain's Got Talent viewers in hysterics on Monday night as he accidentally got stuck in his chair during a glamorous opening for the live semi-finals.

During the episode, Ant, 46, and his co-host Declan Donnelly took part in an energetic performance with Moulin Rouge dancers where they entered the stage on an elevated heart platform.

After the heart-shaped platform landed on stage, the two hosts had to quickly get off with Dec, 46, successfully performing the stunt while Ant remained seated as he shouted: "Ooh, I'm stuck, I'm stuck in my chair!" Ant then had to be helped out of the chair by some of the dancers as he then added after being freed: "I got stuck in my chair!"
