Ayr flat says he's been ‘brought to tears’ by sickening scenes of drug use outside his door.Neighbours who stay in flats in MacAdam Square last week found a bag of unused needles, suspected heroin and other paraphernalia in a bag.An elderly man was also the victim of a callous theft, where crooks entered his flat and stole cash from his wallet before running off.Now the council tenants are looking for urgent action to be taken by the local authority on the estate.But residents feel the area has become ‘neglected’ by the council who have refused to place a secured entry door to enhance security at the property.Ayrshire Live can reveal the horrors inside block 9-16 in the street in the estate which one concerned resident says is ‘flooded with.
