NIKKI Grahame previously said she 'loved food and living' in an emotional moment with Vanessa Feltz during Ultimate Big Brother.

The 38-year-old reality star tragically passed away on Friday following a long battle with anorexia. Nikki checked into a private hospital to treat her eating disorder last month, after her desperate friends managed to raise more than £65,500 to start paying for life-saving care.

In a previous clip, the much-loved star discussed her battle with TV host Vanessa. The moment was taken in 2010 during the show's 10th anniversary.

Speaking to Vanessa, she said: "I faced all my demons and turned it around and there are still times, I was a bit down this morning when I put my jeans on and they didn't fit me anymore.
