A Place in the Sun's Laura Hamilton has been forced to apologise for a post about property hunters. The 39-year-old posted a video on social media about the house hunters she's been working with for the Channel 4 show this week, which received a backlash from fans.
Laura, who has presented A Place in the Sun since 2012, was in the sunny Benalmádena in southern Costa Del Sol, when she addressed the criticism on Instagram.
She was criticised for her remarks about the househunter's financial limitations. The host began: "I posted a story to say that we were in Fuengirola, and this week’s property search has been quite tough because we have a limited budget of £80,000. “Now if anyone knows property prices on the Costa del Sol, they will know.
