Amanda Holden
Amanda Louise Holden (born 16 February 1971) is an English media personality, actress, television presenter, singer, and author. She has judged on the television talent show competition Britain's Got Talent since the show began its run in 2007 on ITV. As an actress, Holden played the role of Mel in Kiss Me Kate (1998–2000), Geraldine Titley in The Grimleys (1999-2001), Sarah Trevanion in Wild at Heart (2006–2008), Lizzie, the Ring Mistress, in Big Top (2009), and the title role in Thoroughly Modern Millie, for which she was nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award.

THE WAIT is over as A Place in the Sun finally reveals it will return to Channel 4 with a selection of new episodes in September.

Fans of the popular house-hunting series can also look forward to the return of a familiar face when the show hits screens with a host of new couples.

Presenter Sara Damergi is back finding sunseekers homes abroad after leaving the show in 2015. Sara joined in 2012 and left when she was pregnant with her first child.

For the past decade, the mum-of-two has been helping house-hunters find their dream properties both abroad and in the UK. New episodes will see Sara pulling out all the stops to find Ally and Ray their very own Italian retreat before travelling to the stunning region of Umbria to help Beverly change.
