£1500 reward to help find dog that went missing from Lanarkshire park

A £1500 reward is being offered to anyone who traces a much-loved family dog that went missing whilst out on a walk in Hamilton.Bella the ginger cockapoo disappeared near to the golf course at Chatelherault Country Park on Wednesday afternoon leaving her owners Rebecca Hannan and Lloyd Swan frantic with worry.Dozens of Hamilton residents have since been out in the area helping to search for Bella and a Facebook appeal has garnered hundreds of comments, likes and shares in a bid to return the pooch to her frantic owners.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.

She said: "There has been a possible sightings of Bella this morning around 6.40am on Carlisle Road sprinting towards Hamilton - please check these areas - do not shout on her."Another post from Rebecca's friend Laura Peffers said on Thursday: "Bella is still missing and has been missing for several hours now, she went missing roughly at 4.30pm
