Paul, who weighed almost 80st at his heaviest, would also guzzle four takeaways a night when his food addiction was at its worst.
Although Paul managed to drop down to 19st after gastric surgery, his weight has slowly crept back up again in recent years.
Once branded The World's Fattest Man, Paul now weighs in at 39st and has not left the house in two months. Details of Paul's battles with food were revealed on Wednesday night after he let cameras back into his home for a 'catch up' on the past 10 years.
