Bethany Riley, 20, told the terrified nurse she was going to 'stab you up' while being treated after a crash. Hours earlier, she had set fire to the door mat and wheelie bin of her ex-boyfriend's house on May 6 last year but was seen driving away in her Volkswagen T-Roc by his dad.

He said he was not aware Riley had set fire to the mat and bin but discovered a black petrol cap, which when examined by police had her DNA on it.
