ok.co.ukVictoria Beckham has shared a rare inside look at the dynamics of her family life with husband David Beckham and their youngest child, 12 year old daughter Harper Beckham.The superstar couple, who are parents to four kids, still spend a great deal of time with their grown-up kids Brooklyn, 24, Romeo, 21, and Cruz, 18, and the boys are regularly seen out and about in photos with them.
Yet it's unusual to see the couple enjoying regular day-to-day moments at home with their pre-teen. Sharing a snap of the three of them focused on a live video exercise session together, the former Spice Girls singer declared: "Family workout!!" over the top.The 49 year old fashion designer showed off her lean figure as she posed in a black tank top, matching capri leggings, and white trainers.
Harper had her hands on her hips as she stretched one leg in a pair of black high-waisted shorts and a crop top for the work-out, and both she and her mum scraped their straight tresses back into a simple bun.
Footballer David, 48, meanwhile, opted for a loose white T-shirt, pink shorts, white socks and a pair of pastel-coloured trainers.
