Kanye «Ye» West's attorney has filed legal documents in court objecting to Kim Kardashian's request that she be legally declared single, saying he first wants his assets protected via a set of conditions that the rapper's lawyer claims his estranged wife has already rejected.In legal docs, obtained by ET, West wants the court to deny Kardashian's request to become legally single because «the motion does not provide the protections necessary for an early termination of marital status.» West's attorney laid out those concerns in docs, saying that declaring Kardashian single «before custody, property, and support issues are resolved creates a risk of adverse consequences.»The  rapper's lawyer says «this is especially true if one of the parties were to pass away while the case is pending.» Furthermore, West's lawyer argues that should the court declare Kardashian legally single, it would create «barriers to obtaining evidence if a party remarries before the case is concluded.»For starters, West's lawyer wants Kardashian to agree to a «right of reimbursement,» meaning that any money owed to each other would get reimbursed in the event one of them died. But West's lawyer claims «Kim’s counsel has asserted that this condition is unnecessary given the premarital agreement.»West also wants to ensure that no assets are transferred out of trusts they've created.

Tyga has turned himself in to Los Angeles police amid allegations from an ex-girlfriend that he physically abused her. 

Tyga, 31, has been accused of domestic abuse by his ex-girlfriend, Camaryn Swanson. Per TMZ, 22-year-old Camaryn claims that the rapper hit her after she arrived at his home at 3 a.m. on Monday, October 11. Camaryn was reportedly “intoxicated” and “was shouting” at Tyga’s doorstep, so he let her inside. At some point afterwards, Tyga allegedly physically struck Camaryn. She was picked up from the home by her mother, according to TMZ, and she later shared photos of her alleged bruises from the incident on her Instagram Stories.

Tyga was arrested on felony domestic violence charges after turning himself in to the authorities on Tuesday, October 12, Us Weekly confirms.
