Tragedy on M74 as man dies after lorry collides with car

Police have launched an investigation after a man died following a crash between a lorry and a car on the M74 this morning.The collision occurred near junction 10 and 11 by Lanark at around 7.50am..The lorry was travelling northbound when it crashed through the central reservation barrier and onto the other side of the carriageway where it collided with a car travelling southbound.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
