in a new campaign urging people to "Adopt, Don't Shop," and Billboard has the first look at the new ad."Elliotte and I have a special bond.
My parents and I rescued him from the streets of Spain 10 years ago, and it was one of the best decisions of our lives," the "I'm Coming" singer tells Billboard. "He went from being scared of everyone and everything to the most cuddly little dog in just a few weeks.
It was amazing to see that transformation!"According to PETA, more than six million dogs and cats wind up in shelters each year, and about half of them are euthanized.
