Kelsey Hardwick, 31, shared the snap on her Instagram story as she reposted messages of condolences from friends. In the photo, Tom Parker - who was just 33 when he passed away today after a battle with cancer - can be seen beaming as their daughter Aurelia, two, and one-year-old son Bodhi lay on him.

Kelsey broke the sad news of Tom's death with an emotional post on Instagram.
