The two fan-owned clubs are set to go head-to-head in a friendly at Broadhurst Park on Saturday, July 3. The allocation was made available on Wednesday morning, but all tickets had been snapped up by 8am today.
Government restrictions over the past year have meant supporters have been unable to follow their clubs as they would do normally.
When non-league football resumed last August, social distancing restrictions meant both Bury AFC and FC United were only allowed to welcome a limited number of fans.
