Beni Lepu was sleeping in a double bed with his mum Marianne and one of his siblings at their home on Mansfield Road in Oldham when he was found 'blue' on the morning of June 13 last year.
He was rushed to Royal Oldham Hospital, where he was sadly pronounced dead a short time later.
