The Goonies is being re-released on Ultra HD Blu-ray disc with a 4k remaster.The movie, directed by Superman's Richard Donner and starring a young Sean Astin from The Lord of the Rings AND Josh Brolin from Avengers: Endgame, follows a group of kids who discover a treasure map pointing the treasure of legendary pirate One-Eyed Willy.Zavvi has got an exclusive steelbook edition that looks very nice indeed, with an extra slipcover for their Red Carpet subscribers.

Those will be available to pre-order on Sunday (July 19).The regular 4K edition will be available from other retailers like Amazon for £20, with all the 4K options being released on August 31.The cast and the film's writer Chris Columbus (who later directed the first two Harry Potter.
