THE CHASE viewers were left unimpressed by an episode of the ITV game show, complaining that it had the "worst ending ever." The Tuesday evening episode saw just one player go up against the formidable Shaun Wallace in the final chase with fairly unexciting results.

Kath was left facing The Dark Destroyer alone, after her teammates Mark, Rhom and Rebekah failed to bank any money during their individual encounters with the Chaser.

Despite Kath's own reservations, host Bradley Walsh egged her on and told her to bring her "A Game". Bradley also reminded viewers that Kath had done well in her cash builder round, staying two steps ahead of experienced quizzer Shaun.
