But Char said her appearance on the show came during the middle of a "major lifestyle change" which saw her lose four stone.
However, she's already lost another stone since leaving - and fans can't get enough. Sharing the comparison on Instagram, on one hand Char looks stunning in a black mini-dress, with her The Cabins press shot next to it.
