Sharing an update on social media, the retail chain told shoppers: "To help tackle the impact of plastic waste, we’ve introduced soft plastic recycling points in all of our large stores.
Which means you can recycle all of your soft plastic packaging, including crisp packets and salad bags, in-store! #EveryLittleHelps." Shoppers seemed over the moon with the idea, with one person writing: "Such a good idea what a difference it makes to our rubbish bin much less in it." Another said: "I'm really happy that Tesco are doing this.
