There were many revelations made during BravoCon and one of the most noteworthy was the one Andy Cohen made about The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Jen Shah. The Bravo star pled guilty to fraud earlier this year and it is what shut her out of the convention this weekend in New York City.

The first batch of guilty pleas involving about 50 people charged in a $250 million scheme to defraud a federal meals program in Minnesota were entered Thursday in a Minneapolis courtroom. 3RD UPDATE: Cuba Gooding Jr. will receive no jail time in his forcible touching case after pleading guilty to a lesser charge today in Manhattan Criminal Court and complying with the terms of a conditional plea agreement reached in April. Gooding replaced his misdemeanor plea with a plea to a noncriminal harassment violation and faces no additional penalties.

He previously pleaded guilty to one count of forcible touching in April in a criminal case that placed accusations upon him for violating three different women in Manhattan nightclubs between 2018 and 2019. The actor has complied with the terms of a conditional plea agreement that was reached earlier in the year, with prosecutor Coleen Balbert indicating that Gooding has remained out of trouble and completed six months of alcohol and behavior modification counseling. Fulfilling these terms allowed him to withdraw his misdemeanor plea, and instead plead guilty to a harassment violation. He will not have a criminal record as a result.

The former mayor of Beaverton, Oregon, pleaded guilty Tuesday in federal court to illegally possessing child pornography, according to a Department of Justice news release.  Dennis "Denny" Doyle, 73, waived indictment and pleaded guilty to a single count of possession of child pornography. Between November 2014 and December 2015, Doyle knowingly and unlawfully possessed digital media containing child pornography. A Southern California doctor has pleaded guilty to writing prescriptions for more than 120,000 opioid pills over a six-year span, including to an impaired driver who struck and killed a bicyclist, federal prosecutors said. In his plea agreement, Dr. Dzung Ahn Pham of Tustin admitted distributing the pills without a legitimate medical purpose in exchange for cash and insurance payments.

Telenovela star Pablo Lyle has been found guilty of manslaughter three years after a horrific road rage incident that ended with a man’s death.

A fortnight after he scuffled with a security guard and was thrown out of The Clock Hotel in Surfer’s Paradise for being intoxicated, Byron Baes star  Jade Kevin Foster, who bills himself as ‘Australia’s biggest male influencer’ pleaded guilty to the charge of public nuisance. At a court hearing at the Southport Magistrates Court, Jade was spared a conviction, reported the Gold Coast Bulletin. Magistrate Michelle Dooley imposed a fine of $1400.
