SZA opened up about her deliberating anxiety in a candid post following the Billboard Music Awards over the weekend.

While the 30-year-old did perform at the show, it was still a difficult thing for her to attend at the moment because of her mental health struggles. SZA shared a few images of her appearance at the show, including a few from the red carpet and her performance with Doja Cat.

You can watch the performance on JustJared here. However, in the caption, she revealed just how difficult it was for her to be there. “I hate being outside more than I can explain,” she wrote. “I really have debilitating anxiety and I’m only posting these cause Y’all woulda found em anyway.” This isn’t the first time she’s spoken out about her anxiety
