Tributes have been paid to a hero NHS worker who died from suspected coronavirus after spending more than 30 years caring for others.

Jane Murphy sadly passed away with her loving family by her side at the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary on Tuesday after being diagnosed with pneumonia.

The 73-year-old, who lived in Dalkeith, worked as a clinical support worker at the same hospital after beginning her lengthy career as a domestic assistant.
