Bournemouth fans have sent a clear message to manager Scott Parker after Manchester United loanee Ethan Laird was left out of their squad to face Huddersfield on Saturday.
The youngster has managed just two appearances for the Cherries since cutting short his loan at Swansea City. Having been a regular during his time at the Swans, he's yet to be handed a start by Bournemouth boss Parker.
His start to life on the south coast was delayed after he was forced to endure time on the sidelines through injury. Parker recently claimed Laird needed 'a bit more work' before he could be considered for selection, though Cherries fans have still been left bemused by his decision to leave the United loanee out of their latest matchday squd. After making his first appearance in a 17-minute cameo last month, Parker said: "Yeah he did (impress). I was pleased for Ethan after he came on because he's obviously not had a lot of football since he's been here, so I was pleased for him."
