SCOTS motorsport competitors and fans are in for a treat this Sunday as racing returns to Knockhill after an eight-month break.The famous Fife circuit is hosting the prestigious Scottish Motor Racing Club’s David Leslie Trophy Meeting.A bumper 13-race programme awaits drivers from all over the UK as the local SMRC racers are joined by the Avon Tyres National Formula Ford Championship and the Darlington and District Northern Saloon & Sports Car Championship.Action kicks off at 8.35am with the super competitive qualifying sessions and racing commences at 11am, with action all the way to 5.30pm.Topping the bill are the two Formula Ford races, the second of which is for the prestigious David Leslie Trophy, a prize that is much coveted and.
