The 28-year-old, from the Milton area of the city, failed to return home after spending a day out with his pal in the city centre on Monday July 15.
While Johnny was found with injuries to his head and body, police treated the death as unexplained.More than one year on, his sister, Michelle Connelly, said his family are 'living a nightmare' as they still don't know what happened to their 'lively boy'.Mum-of-two Michelle told the Record: "I lie awake at night and think about Johnny's last moments."Was he scared?
