Police have launched a probe after a Scots coronavirus test centre was torched by a reckless vandal. Emergency services scrambled to the site on Risk Street in Dumbarton after the alarm was raised at around 12.20am on Saturday, January 1.Officers say their enquiries have established the blaze was started deliberately.
An item was thrown at a canopy causing it to catch fire.Thankfully no-one was injured and fire crews were able to extinguish the flames.There is no impact on the services provided at the test centre but police have launched an appeal to catch the thug responsible.Detective Constable Thomas O’Donnell said: "We are in the process of reviewing CCTV footage from the area and the surrounding area as I’m confident it will provide
