Stephen O'Donnell has been praised for another outstanding Scotland performance after breaking a long-standing record at club side Motherwell.The 29-year-old, who hails from Wishaw, won his 24th cap for his country in the 2-0 win over Denmark and that was his 13th while attached to the Steelmen.And his cap tally has now surpassed that of Motherwell's Hall of Famer George Stevenson, whom he pulled level with on 12 caps last month after an outing against Austria.Stevenson racked up his 12 caps during the 1920s and 1930s, earning his final cap as a 'Well player in 1934.However, O'Donnell has accrued his record-breaking tally in double quick time.
