The two police officers were already on a dancefloor together at a work party in Rain Bar, Great Bridgewater Street, when it is claimed Inspector Nazeeb Hussein walked over to them.

He then allegedly grabbed their waists and pulled them into each other and closer to his body, before calling them a 'pair of l****s'.

At a misconduct hearing today (Thursday), to decide whether the officer was guilty, one of the victims recalled him saying: "Look at you rubbing your t**s all over each other.
