Interim manager Ralf Rangnick has been advised he must become 'an enforcer' when he gets down to business at Manchester United.
Having come under mounting pressure before the November international break, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was sacked by the Old Trafford giants and has been replaced by Rangnick until the end of this season.
He steps into the line of duty after Michael Carrick took charge for a third and final game against Arsenal. Not only has Rangnick been credited as the driving force behind modern German coaching, he also inspired several top managers such as Jurgen Klopp, Thomas Tuchel and Julian Nagelsmann - but a whole different challenge awaits after touching down in the Premier League.
