In January I revealed he had secretly been dating the mum of three, who works in a cafe near his home in East Sussex, for several months.
But now I’m told they have separated and she has unfollowed the Human singer, whose real name is Rory Graham, on social media.
A source said: “Things have been full-on for Rory around the release of his album and everything, so it has been difficult to spend a lot of time together. “It hasn’t worked out between them and they have called things off.
