Pop-up Covid vaccination returning to Stockport town centre this week

The mobile unit will be in Mersey Square on Thursday and Friday, giving first jabs to anyone aged over 30 as well as health and social care workers and unpaid carers.

It will offer the AstraZeneca-Oxford vaccine, with everyone asked to ensure this is suitable for them before calling in. Those who are eligible will be given their injection quickly and safely by trained vaccinators, while marshals will be on hand to ensure that social distancing measures are in place.
