Perth and Dundee. The PA revealed on Tuesday that several drivers on the busy dual carriageway witnessed children seemly crossing to the central barrier and back as a game of 'chicken'.
The sightings took place near the A90 junction for St Madoes and Glencarse on Wednesday and Thursday of last week. There were no accidents and no child was hurt but drivers were also put in danger as several motorists had to take evasive action to avoid a collision.St Madoes Primary School was visited by Tayside Police’s road unit as witnesses identified the children concerned had been wearing red jumpers, the school uniform colours.Road Policing Constable Stephen Curry said: “We were made aware of reports of children playing near moving traffic in the St.
