Police respond after woman being treated by paramedics dies at house in Rochdale

Rochdale. Police were called by the North West Ambulance Service to a property on Brown Lodge Street in Littleborough at around 2pm on Saturday (September 26).Officers attended to 'assist with the treatment a woman'.Despite the best efforts of emergency services, she was sadly pronounced dead.The woman's age has not been confirmed.The circumstances surrounding her death have not been revealed, but police say they are not treating the case as suspicious.The woman's next-of-kin has been informed.Police remained at the scene on Saturday afternoon, with forensic officers seen going in and out of the property.A spokesperson for GMP said: "At 2pm, police were called to assist the ambulance service who were at the scene on Brown Lodge Street in.
