Get the stories that matter to you sent straight to your inbox with our personalised newsletter.Plans to regenerate Bellsmyre with 66 affordable new homes looks set to get the go ahead.Caledonia Housing Association applied to West Dunbartonshire Council to build a new residential development at Muir Road.It’s part of £30million of regeneration plans that are set to transform the area.The council’s planning department is being recommended to agree to the plans when it meets today (Wednesday).Planning permission is sought for 44 two and three bedroom houses and 22 one and two bedroom flats.The two flatted blocks will be three storeys in height and the cottage flats and houses will be two storeys.All will be finished in a contemporary grey.
