Manchester City supporters are raving about Phil Foden after his eye-catching display for England vs Andorra. Having missed out on the Euro 2020 final due to injury, the 21-year-old academy graduate was back in the line-up for Gareth Southgate and the Three Lions in Vella.
Starting a little deeper than he is usually deployed for City, Foden took command against the European minnows and laid on an assist for Arsenal forward Bukayo Saka - who scored either side of strikes from Ben Chilwell and his former Chelsea teammate Tammy Abraham.
James Ward-Prowse added a fourth from the penalty spot late on at the Estadi Nacional. Foden was one of two City players named in the team ahead of kick-off, starting in central midfield with John Stones
