Patti LaBelle delivered a powerful rendition of "Over the Rainbow" during PBS' A Capitol Fourth special on Saturday (July 4).Standing next to the Liberty Bell at Philadelphia's Independence National Historical Park, the 76-year-old "Godmother of Soul" gave an awe-inspiring performance of the Wizard of the Oz classic ballad, originally performed in the film by Judy Garland."God bless America," LaBelle proudly proclaimed after the performance."Over the Rainbow" has been a staple for Labelle over the years, and was featured as the closing track on her 1981 album, The Spirit's In It.Hosted by John Stamos and Vanessa Williams, the virtual 90-minute event featured other performances from John Fogerty, Renée Fleming, The Temptations, Trace Adkins,
