Dumbarton carer Catherine Sweeney will be remembered with a one minute silence on Tuesday which will honour workers who have died due to Covid-19.The nation will pay its respects at 11am to coincide with International Workers’ Memorial Day, which pays tribute to workers who have become unwell, injured, disabled or have died due to their work.Beloved mother Catherine lost her life in the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley on April 4 having dedicated more than 20 years as a home carer.Last week, the government announced that 84 health workers, including 69 NHS workers and 15 care workers, had died due to the virus.Speaking on Monday, First Minister Nicola Sturgeon said: “On International Workers’ Memorial Day, the Scottish Government will
