The 2022 Read Well NL Challenge is encouraging locals to read for just six minutes per day to help improve their wellbeing.Research shows that regular reading has a positive effect on health and wellbeing, and those who read are less stressed as it helps reduce anxiety and depression.So, the organisation launched the challenge - which started last Monday - to encourage locals to reap the rewards of reading.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
