New Yo! near Bolton launches a new ‘gyoza barm’ and it’s giving them away free
manchestereveningnews.co.ukDumplings in a barm cake? In a meeting of cuisines for the ages, Yo! (formerly known as Yo! Sushi) is all set to launch a new East meets West fusion dish.
The ‘gyoza barm’ will hit menus at the new Middlebrook branch of the Japanese restaurant chain today. It features three fried chicken gyoza dumplings, katsu curry sauce, spring onions and pickled ginger, all stuffed in a white barm.
A veggie version of the barm will feature the chain’s vegetarian dumplings, which are made with spinach, cabbage, carrots and edamame.
They’re even giving them away for free - with the first 30 orders of the gyoza barms each day this week (from July 18 to July 22) knocked off your bill.
