A mum is desperately hunting for the only food her young autistic daughter will eat with the fear she is about to run out on her birthday.

Emma Armstrong is frantically searching for the two foods daughter Libby Crossfield will have - Aldi's own brand of Weetabix and organic Mamia baby food, in either the spaghetti bolognese or spaghetti with tomato and mozzarella sauce variety.

The mum-of-three has always kept stockpiles of the products as three-year-old Libby, who has sensory issues as well as profound social and communication difficulties, will not eat anything else, Manchester Evening News reports.
