According to the Liverpool Echo, Kinsay Smith, from Wallasey, was walking to the shops on Magazine Lane when she spotted the woman sitting in an alleyway with her hood up on Sunday October 3.

Realising the woman was on the phone, the 38-year-old decided not to stop and continued into the store.
