Mourners line streets for funeral of 'talented' Scots paramedic who died after battle with coronavirus

Mourners lined the streets of an Argyll town to pay their respects to a Scots paramedic who died after contracting coronavirus.

Dad of two, Robert Black, from Campbeltown, Kintyre, died in hospital in Glasgow on Saturday after battling COVID-19 for two weeks.

He leaves behind his wife Catherine and their two children. The 51-year-old much loved musician’s funeral cortege passed through his hometown on Thursday, before he was laid to rest at nearby Kilkerran Cemetery.
