Earlier this year we had to go without McDonald’s as the coronavirus pandemic swept the nation, forcing the country into lockdown.

But now it has returned it seems that the famed fast food chain is about to get better than ever, as from 2 September four new items will be added to the restaurant's menu.The first is a very British breakfast treat; a toasted muffin with jam.The sweet morning meal has been sold in Ireland for many years, but will now be sold across the nation for just 99p.
