Edinburgh after vicious fights broke out during a huge park party. Officers have condemned the disorder and chaos that erupted after thousands descended on the Meadows this weekend, as the city enjoyed warm weather and the stay-at-home order came to an end.

Two men were allegedly assaulted yesterday as massive groups of revellers showed up at to enjoy the sun. A 22-year-old man was attacked around 7.30pm in the Middle Meadow Walk area while a 17-year-old man was seriously injured in the park around 6.40pm.A policeman was also hospitalised with a facial injury after being attacked while trying to break up crowds, according to the Police Federation.Footage shared on social media showed groups of young men allegedly fighting each other.Police.
