Fitness fanatic Mark decided to start his day with a 30 minute boxing session that focused on building some abs. The presenter opted for some warm attire during his home workout - a long sleeved jumper, bobble hat and some extremely tight leggings.
He decided to share it on his account for everyone to use - but some enjoyed it for the completely wrong reason and many took to the comments section to point it out.
