The Manchester mum-of-three, who wants to stay anonymous for her safety, arrived in Kabul airport two days before the explosion on August 26.
She said: "When I was 7 we had the Taliban here and then we moved to Iran for a few years. We came back when everything had calmed down and the Taliban were defeated.
