Man City announce changes to stadium in preparation for safe standing

The Blues have revealed that 5,620 rail seats will be installed, which would facilitate a standing area in that part of the ground in future.

Standing has been outlawed in English football grounds since the Taylor Report into the Hillsborough disaster recommended all-seater stadiums in 1990.
